Coming to the Club helps me take care of my diet and daily routines for better nutrition and well-being, along with my exercise program. Since I started my nutrition program, I've lost 40 kg and feel great. And I love being able to share my daily routine with the members. It's also very conveniently located on Castaños Street, so you can easily get there by tram or bus, or you can have a car drop-off at the door.
